OTHER TRANSPORTATION’S TERMS: Transportation is carried out based on CMR Convention. When the value of the load is greater than the SDR 8.33 per 1 kg of the brutto weight, then extra insurance should be taken by the sender or the recipient – in this matter we strongly recommend to take an additional cargo insurance.

PAYMENT TERMS: Transportation price must be paid by transfer to a bank account within 30 days from the billing date, if it is not agreed otherwise in writing. If amount is not paid on time, interest of 0.2% will be calculated for each day of the delay. The customer is obliged to reimburse the costs and fees associated with the expedition to the recovery of arrears.

CARGO PICK UP / DELIVERY: 1 hour for part truck loads, 2 hours for full truck loads. Downtime - 30 EUR / 1 hour or 150 EUR per day. Temporary storage of the goods is carried out by a separate cargo agreement.

CARGO PACKING: The cargo must be appropriately and sufficiently packaged, taking into account the nature of the cargo, road and weather conditions, as well as the progress of the transport (within the Terminal, ferry). Packaging of selected goods must be fully protect as goods are coming into contact with other goods during transportation, plus the friction that occurs then the semi-trailer is on the move. In the event of insufficient packaging, or if the packaging does not protect the load from damage, any claims submitted will not be considered.

LABELING OF CARGO: Before the delivery of the load to the terminals or during the loading, each packaging of the cargo must be clearly marked with the following essential elements: the sender, the recipient, the delivery address, the number of packages (1/5, 2/5;.....; 5/5). In the absence of marking or if it is not sufficient, the claims submitted will not be considered.
